Cosette was born from the belief that every pet deserves the finest, with each made-to-order piece crafted with care to bring style and thoughtful detail to your everyday moments together.
All orders placed on launch day are guaranteed to arrive in time for Valentine’s Day. Please note, processing time refers to the time it takes to create and prepare your order, while shipping time depends on the carrier. Restocks will ship as quickly as possible but may not arrive by Valentine’s Day.
Please note, domestic shipping can take up to 3-5 business days. International shipping could take up to 14-21 business days.
The chest measurement is the most important when selecting a size. If your pet doesn’t fit perfectly into one of our standard sizes, especially for breeds like doodles, please reach out to us at hello@shopcosette.com or send a DM on Instagram. We may have a custom pattern that’s just right for you! Fit and features are always described in the detail tabs of each product, we recommend reading that and when in doubt, size up!
If an item from a previous collection is still available on the website, that means we still have fabric left to make it! However, if your size is out of stock, please email us at hello@shopcosette.com, and we’ll check availability.
Yes! While stock is limited to ensure Valentine’s Day delivery, we do have restocks planned for early to mid-February. However, these restocks will not arrive in time for Valentine’s Day, so be sure to order early if you have your eye on something special!
While we aren’t offering customizations for these items, we hope you’ll love the timeless designs as they are. Keep an eye out for future launches that may include personalization options—we’d love to make something extra special for you!
We want you to love your Cosette purchase! We do not accept returns at this time, but we are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Exchanges can be made for a different size or style, with customers responsible for shipping fees both ways.
Please note that custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
